Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BlueGrid Technologies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
BlueGrid Technologies provides software development, consulting, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of each project are defined in individual service agreements or quotes.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed software are transferred to the client. BlueGrid retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the development process.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require an initial deposit with milestone payments. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes business strategies, technical details, and any proprietary information shared during the course of a project.
Limitation of Liability
BlueGrid Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable. Termination terms are detailed in individual service agreements.
